This project was is my most recent 3D project. This was my first time working in Blender, and was made in a 3D graphics course during my final year as a Graphic design student.
Inspiration
The inspiration for this project was the Studio Ghibli movie "My neighbor Totoro". The movie has long been a personal favorite, and the cat bus (Nekobasu) is my favorite character in the movie. I choose to model this character to challenge myself, and learning about sculpting, texture mapping, lighting and making realistic fur.
